WHERE
DO I BEGIN?
Once
upon a time there was a girl who was so bored so she decided to read to cure
her boredom. She checked her kindle app to see which book to read next and
found a book entitled Air Awakens. The said book was sitting on her kindle
library for months now and she told to herself, “why not?” And so the girl read
Air Awakens and was so into it that the next thing she knew, she already
finished it. But she wanted more. And so the said girl one clicked all the
books in the series and decided to binge read it because why not? She doesn’t
have anything to do and she’s bored and she clearly wanted to know more about the
world where Vhalla Yarl lived. In the end, the girl finished all the books in 3
days. And she still wanted more. But that’s another story to tell.
Crystal
Crowned was absolutely mind blowing and amazing and beautiful and brilliant and
… and … Haha. I ran out of words already. But seriously it’s a book fitting to
be the last book of an amazing series. I’m glad I read it. I’m glad to meet the
characters in it. I’m glad that a certain person named Elise Kova took the time
and effort to write this amazing series.
It’s
nice to see how Vhalla and Aldrik’s relationship developed in this series. They
started off as pen pals and now they’re the Emperor and Empress of a kingdom. I
feel proud of how far they’ve come off.
I
love how not only the main characters developed in this series but also the
side characters. There’s Fritz who turned out to be the Minister of Sorcery, Elecia
who became more adept at healing and she even helped in establishing a clerical
program and Jax who became the head of the guard. They all come a long way. It
would’ve been awesome to see everyone alive but life’s unfair and not all get
their happy ending.
Honestly,
I still wanted more. Air Awakens series was an amazing series and I know that
Crystal Crowned wrapped up the entire series nicely but the reader in me who
loves this series so much still wanted to know more about this world, to know
more about what will happen to the other characters.
