Books That Need More Attention Giveaway Hop
8:00:00 AM
Thank you for stopping by my blog. Welcome, blog hoppers! :)
Today, I am participating in a giveaway blog hop which is being
hosted by Valerie of Stuck in Books. So the theme for this hop is to feature a book/s that you
think needs MORE attention. Most of the books that I've read this year were
underrated books so this theme pleases me so much. Without further ado, here
are my top choices:

Summary:
Since witnessing her parents' murders at the age of
eleven, Phoenix's only purpose in life has been to uphold her mother's dying
words- to be strong and survive. But surviving outside of The Walls- outside of
The Sanctuary- is more like a drawn-out death sentence. A cruel and ruthless
city, Tartarus is run by the Tribes whose motto is simple, "Join or
die."
Refusing to join and determined to live, Phoenix
fights to survive in this savage world. But who can she trust, when no one can
be trusted? Not even herself.

Summary:
A library apprentice, a sorcerer prince, and an
unbreakable magic bond...
The Solaris Empire is one conquest away from uniting the continent, and the rare elemental magic sleeping in seventeen-year-old library apprentice Vhalla Yarl could shift the tides of war.
Vhalla has always been taught to fear the Tower of Sorcerers, a mysterious magic society, and has been happy in her quiet world of books. But after she unknowingly saves the life of one of the most powerful sorcerers of them all—the Crown Prince Aldrik—she finds herself enticed into his world. Now she must decide her future: Embrace her sorcery and leave the life she’s known, or eradicate her magic and remain as she’s always been. And with powerful forces lurking in the shadows, Vhalla’s indecision could cost her more than she ever imagined.

For this giveaway, one
winner can pick one book from the books I featured above. Those are just some
of the books which I think don't have enough hype around them despite them
being really great reads! This giveaway is open internationally if the Book Depository (or Amazon for The Boyfriend Backtrack) ships to you.

I totally agree with New World series! While I've only read the first one, it was SO good! Like Mad Max meets YA. I've yet to read Air Awakens but I've heard amazing things about it. Also, I love that you read/review so many indie/self pub authors! I like discovering new titles.

You need to read New Word Ashes, Molly. It's even better than the first one. ;) I always try to read at least few indie/self pub books every year. And I never fail to discover some hidden gems every year too. :)
DeleteI also loved Air Awakens and been trying my best to get my hands on its series. I know it's a very amazing book but not well-recognized. So I would really love to be able to read it so I could spread the word about it.
ReplyDeleteThe Air Awakens series is one of the best fantasy book series that I've read this year. And it really needs more recognition because it's so damn good.
DeleteI have never heard of Illusions of Fate just by reading your reviews has really captivated my heart to know more about the book. I would really love to read the book :)
ReplyDeleteIllusions of Fate was really good! I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
DeleteI guess I'd choose "Illusions of Fate" if I won!
